It’s exciting time to be agile!

​

Today more and more companies are adopting the Agile approach rather than the traditional waterfall model. Also, in practice, hybrid approach that uses also best practices for agile is widely used when leading projects.

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner is now established agile certification and since it was first offered in 2011, agile techniques and methods are proven and validated by thousand professionals around the world.

PMI-ACP® is not limited to a single method but covers a broad range of Agile methodologies like Scrum, XP, FDD, Lean, Kanban, etc. and helps discover techniques to actively manage project scope and learn agile principles and practices that improve the team performance and collaboration that ultimately ensures better delivery.

The exam is focused on real world agile knowledge and with this training we will help to you build agile mindset and to get in the best shape possible for taking the exam.

​Target Audience

 

If you use agile practices in your projects, or your organization is adopting agile approaches to project management, the PMI-ACP® certification may be right for you.

It is intended for existing Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Team Leaders, Business analysts, Developers and anyone pursuing certification in recognition of their skills and experience; individuals training to become accredited Agile Practitioners.

The PMI-ACP® certification proves that person have necessary experience in Agile, ultimate knowledge on Agile tools and techniques and have professional resources to lead or be part of agile team on any project based on agile methodologies.

Prerequisites

​

To apply for the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)® credential, you need to fulfill:

• Secondary degree diploma

• 21 contact hours of training in agile practices

• 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP®

• 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years

Objectives

​

Main objective is to prepare participants/mentee for PMI-ACP® certification. After completing this course participants will get the corresponding education /contact hours needed to apply for exam.

The learning plan is structured as follows:
•    Evaluate candidate qualifications and prerequisites for certification
•    Provide studying materials developed by the trainer

•    Get 21 accredited education hours/PDUs as prerequisite to apply for exam
•    Provide award winning exam Simulator for 6 month subscription
•    Prepare study plan

Croatian/English, all materials provided are on English language.
