„As a leader, you don’t have to be someone rich, famous, or iconic. A leader is  someone who isn’t perfect, but instead they are someone who isn’t afraid to try  and grow as a person.

A leader is someone who isn’t afraid to let themselves be  vulnerable by sharing their experiences and mistakes in the hopes that someone else listening may learn and grow from them.

A leader can be someone from any where, just grasping the chance to try and change the world by being that one person who makes a wonderful impact on someone’s life.

A leader is a spark of hope.
