1 day training covers processes, best practices, frameworks, and strategies behind large-scale organizational transformations, and allows organizations to leverage internal talent to transform from within.

2 months online program with a goal to introduce creative approaches in delivering projects from different disciplines and to discover together with participants how to use them on their own project case studies. 

Training is based on Disc Flow® model. By combining behavioral and emotional intelligence, individuals will become more aware of themselves and others and become more thoughtful in interactions with others. It will improve communication, create stronger, healthier and more productive relationships.

Goal of the training is to master the basic agile concept and principles of project management, with a more detailed review of the agile method SCRUM Framework, which is most often used to organize work on agile projects.
