Tatjana Kotarski has a master's degree in information technologies, a PMI® certified Program and Project Manager (PgMP®, PMP®, ACP®, DASSM®) and a certified PMI trainer (PMI ATP Instructor®) with 17 years of practical experience on 100+ projects.

Tatjana is also certified Mentor & Coach, and holds EMCC Global EIA Practitioner level Individual Accreditation, Disc Flow® certified Trainer and Change Management Professional (CMP).

​

Professional career was started in a private IT company where she gained experience in IT implementation and projects of integration of ERP, DMS and "custom tailored" systems in the public and real sector.

​

Currently works as a Project & Program Manager and a certified internal trainer in the field of project management in Erste Bank Croatia where she applies her project management knowledge in the financial industry (strategic digitization projects, new products development, predictive models, web portals, etc.).

​

Tatjana is also associate professor for Project Management course in Swiss School of Business and Management in Zagreb on MBA programme.

​

Since 2013, she has been volunteering at PMI Croatia, where she served as a member of the Executive Board and Chair of the Communications and Manager for Web/social networks from 2017-2020, and a member of the Organizing Committee of one of the largest regional conferences for Project Managers, PMI Forum. She is currently in the role of volunteer and digital marketing associate in PMI Marketing team.

Tatjana's motivation stems from a passion for the profession of project management ('My motivation comes from playing the game I love') and is engaged in promoting a culture of project management in various ways: trainings, seminars, mentoring and writing professional articles and tries to convey her commitment and a passion for project management to the wider professional community.
