My name is Tatjana Kotarski, founder of pm4you.

​

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA, and I am currently pursuing doctoral studies in Information Science.

Over the past 18 years, I have led more than 100 projects across IT and the financial industry, earning certifications as a Program and Project Manager (PgMP®, PMP®, ACP®, DASSM®, PMI-PMOCP®) and recognition as an authorized PMI ATP Instructor.

My expertise lies in project and program management, PMO design, agile transformation, and change management (CMP®, CCMP®, MCMP®). Alongside my corporate role as Program & Project Manager in one of Croatia’s leading banks, I also lecture on the Project Management course at the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM).

​

Through pm4you, I provide trainings, coaching, mentoring, consulting, and PMI® certification preparation. I am also the editor-in-chief of Pomalo, Croatia’s first digital magazine dedicated to projects, change, and innovation.

​

I am honored to have received the Best Project Award (2022) from IPMA Croatia and a Project Excellence Award from PMI Croatia. Beyond professional work, I volunteer with PMI, ACMP, and PMO Global Alliance, contributing to the global project management community.

Driven by the belief that “My motivation comes from playing the game I love” I am passionate about sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and promoting a strong culture of project management through education, mentoring, and thought leadership.
