Tatjana Kotarski holds a master’s degree in Information Technology and boasts over 17 years of hands-on experience across 100+ projects. She is a PMI®-certified Program and Project Manager (PgMP®, PMP®, ACP®, DASSM®) and an accredited PMI trainer (ATP Instructor®). Additionally, she is a certified Mentor & Coach with EMCC Global EIA Practitioner level accreditation, as well as certifications as a Disc Flow® Trainer, Change Management Professional (CMP), and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®).

Tatjana began her career in the private IT sector, gaining invaluable experience in implementing IT systems and managing integration projects for ERP, DMS, and custom-tailored solutions across public and private sectors.

Currently, Tatjana serves as a Project & Program Manager and certified internal trainer at Erste Bank Croatia. She applies her expertise in project management to lead strategic digitization initiatives, develop innovative products, and manage predictive models, web portals, and more within the financial industry.

​

Beyond her corporate role, Tatjana is an associate professor in the MBA program at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Zagreb, where she teaches Project Management.

A passionate advocate for the project management profession, Tatjana has been actively volunteering with PMI Croatia since 2013. Her contributions include serving on the Executive Board, Communications Director (2017–2020), and organizing one of the region's largest project management conferences, PMI Forum.

She currently volunteers with the ACMP Events Programming Committee, PMI PMO Global Alliance as Judging Committee Member for PMO Global Awards.
