Creative Project Manager

This 3 months online program has a goal to introduce creative approaches in delivering projects from different disciplines and to discover together with participants how to use them on their own project case studies.

Topics that will be addressed in this training are: understanding bussiness environment and context in which projects are delivered, assess resilience to change, project governance and methodologies (traditional agile, hybrid), what are the processes and knowledge areas used to prepare, plan, execute, monitor and close the project.

Participants will aso gain intospective in their leadership style throughout Disc Flow® tool and explore leadership skills for leading project teams. Also, different practices from coaching and mentoring will be trained to boost even more leadership skills.

Fundamentals of change management practices will be covered in order to anticipate uncertainty.
