
PMP® Certification Preparation Program
(Self-Paced & Mentoring Support)

The pm4you PMP® program is designed as a structured self-paced learning program with mentoring support, guiding participants from PMP eligibility and application preparation to exam readiness.
All materials are aligned with PMI Courseware (release April 2026) and based on the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition.
This is not a traditional training course. It is a guided PMP preparation journey.

Overview
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate is one of the most recognized certificate for professional Project Managers in the World and will provide you a visible sign of your advanced experience and skills and will give you a distinct advantage in employment and promotion.
Objectives
Main objective is to prepare participants/mentees for PMI-PMP® certification. After completing this program participants will get the corresponding PDU education hours needed for exam.
The learning plan will provide following:

Evaluate candidate qualifications and prerequisites for certification and application preparation

Introduce PMP® Exam prerequisites and overview of PMP® Application

Ensure the review of the application for the certification exam for each participant.

Prepare study plan

Provide exclusive licence for access to self-paced studying materials and materials developed by the mentor

Get 35 project management education hours as prerequisite to apply for exam
Target Audience
Experienced Project Managers, professionals leading projects, PMO members and team leaders pursuing certification in recognition of their skills and experience; individuals training to become accredited Project Managers.
Program Structure
The program consists of two components:
1. Self-Paced Learning Program (35 Contact Hours)
Participants complete a structured self-paced learning program aligned with the PMI® PMP Examination Content Outline.
The program covers:

Project management tools, techniques, and decision-making
The self-paced program includes:

Structured study plan
Upon completion, participants receive: certificate of 35 contact hours of project management education.
2. Mentoring Sessions (Live Online)
Mentoring sessions are designed to support learning, clarify concepts, and prepare participants for the PMP exam. The program includes 6 live online mentoring sessions. Participants follow a structured self-paced learning plan between mentoring sessions.

Session 1: 13.05.2026.
Session 2: 20.05.2026.
Session 3: 27.05.2026.
Session 4: 03.06.2026.
Session 5: 10.06.2026.
Session 6: 17.06.2026.
Each session duration up to 4h (5.30 PM - 9.30 PM).
Program price
Total individual price of program is 1.550 EUR (VAT included). PMI Croatia members have 10% discount on total price.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 5 participants.
Prerequisites
To apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential, you need to either have:

A four-year degree

36 months leading projects

35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
OR

High school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)

60 months leading projects
-
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
