Training schedule
6 day virtual training course.
Session 1: 13.05.2026.
Session 2: 20.05.2026.
Session 3: 27.05.2026.
Session 4: 03.06.2026.
Session 5: 10.06.2026.
Session 6: 17.06.2026.
Each session duration is 4h (5.30 PM -9.30 PM).
Training price
Total individual price of 6 day training (PMI® official courseware materials) is 1.550 EUR.
PMI Croatia members have 10% discount on total price.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 5 participants.
Overview
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate is one of the most recognized certificate for professional Project Managers in the World and will provide you a visible sign of your advanced experience and skills and will give you a distinct advantage in employment and promotion.
As PMI PMP® exam study courseware based on version 4 ( release April 2026) and as verified PMI ATP Instructor, our program is developed to ensure you pass new PMP exam.
Target Audience
Existing Project Managers pursuing certification in recognition of their skills and experience; individuals training to become accredited Project Managers.
Prerequisites
To apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential, you need to either have:

A four-year degree

36 months leading projects

35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
OR

High school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)

60 months leading projects
-
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
Objectives
Main objective is to prepare participants/mentee for PMI-PMP® certification. After completing this course participants will get the corresponding PDU education hours needed for exam.
The learning plan will provide following:

Evaluate candidate qualifications and prerequisites for certification and application preparation

Introduce PMP® Exam and overview of PMP® Application

Prepare study plan

Provide exclusive licence for access to official PMI® studying materials and materials developed by the trainer

Get 35 accredited education hours as prerequisite to apply for exam

Ensure the review of the application for the certification exam for each participant.
